Otto Fahr (German pronunciation: [ˈɔtoː ˈfaːɐ̯]; August 19, 1892 – February 28, 1969) was a German backstroke swimmer, who competed in the 1912 Summer Olympics. He was born and died in Bad Cannstatt.
