Nurbanu Sultan (Ottoman Turkish: نور بانو سلطان; c. 1525 – 7 December 1583) was Haseki Sultan of the Ottoman Empire and legal wife of Sultan Selim II (r. 1566–1574), She served as Valide Sultan from 1574 until her death in 1583 as mother to Sultan Murad III (r. 1574–1595).
