Manuel "Noli" Eleuterio de Castro Jr. (Tagalog pronunciation: [lɛ.ʊˌtɛːɾ.jo dɛ ˈkaːs.tɾo]; born July 6, 1949) is a Filipino broadcaster, journalist politician and singer. who served as the 12th Vice President of the Philippines from 2004 until 2010, under the second full term of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
