Nesthy Alcayde Petecio (born April 11, 1992) is a Filipino amateur boxer. She won a silver medal in the inaugural women's featherweight event at the 2020 Summer Olympics, becoming the first Filipino woman to win an Olympic medal in boxing, and won a bronze medal in the women's flyweight event at the 2024 Summer Olympics. She also won a silver medal at the 2014 World Championships and gold at the 2019 edition. With two Olympic medals, Petecio is the first Filipino boxer to win multiple medals in the Olympic Games.
