Maximilian Meyer (German pronunciation: [maks(iˈmiːli̯aːn) ˈmaɪɐ]; born 18 September 1995) is a German professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Cypriot First Division club APOEL. He has represented the Germany national team. Meyer began his career in 2000, playing for local clubs in his hometown of Oberhausen. He then played within MSV Duisburg's youth system for five years, before moving to Schalke 04 in 2009.
