Marc Muniesa Martínez (born 27 March 1992) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays mainly as a centre-back or left-back for Qatari Stars League club Al Shahaniya. Muniesa began his career with Barcelona, making his debut at the end of the 2008–09 season at the age of 17. He then played for Barcelona B, helping them to win promotion to the Segunda División in 2009–10. He was on the verge of breaking into the first team in 2012–13, but suffered a torn knee ligament in pre-season and missed most of the season. Read more on Wikipedia
