Kjeld Nuis (Dutch pronunciation: [kjɛlt ˈnœys]; born in Leiden 10 November 1989) is a Dutch speed skater. Nuis is a specialist in the middle distances of 1000 and 1500 meters. At the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, he won the gold medal at the 1500 m and 1000 m events. At the 2022 Winter Olympics, he successfully defended his title on the 1500 m.
