Kirsti Lay (born 7 April 1988) is a Canadian former professional racing cyclist, who rode professionally for UCI Women's Team Rally UHC Cycling between 2016 and 2019. She rode at the 2015 UCI Track Cycling World Championships, winning a bronze medal in the Team Pursuit. In 2016, she was named in Canada's 2016 Olympic team.
