Sir John Bagot Glubb (16 April 1897 – 17 March 1986), also known as Glubb Pasha (Arabic: كلوب باشا) and Abu Hunaik (by the Jordanians), was a British military officer who led and trained Transjordan's Arab Legion between 1939 and 1956 as its commanding general.
