Harel Skaat (Hebrew: הראל סקעת; born 8 August 1981) sometimes known by the mononym Harel is an Israeli singer and songwriter. He represented Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the song "Milim" ("מילים", "Words"). Skaat has been singing and performing in public since he was a child.
