Fernando Morientes Sánchez (Spanish pronunciation: [feɾˈnando moˈɾjentes ˈsantʃeθ]; born 5 April 1976) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a striker. He played for a number of clubs during his career, including Real Madrid, Monaco, Liverpool and Valencia. In La Liga, he scored 124 goals in 337 games over 15 seasons.
