Espen Barth Eide (born 1 May 1964) is a Norwegian politician and political scientist. He is currently serving as the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Jonas Gahr Støre's government, having previously done so under Jens Stoltenberg. He was a member of the Norwegian Parliament for Oslo from 2017 to 2025, representing the Labour Party. He was elected to this seat in the 2017 election, and reelected in the 2021 election.
