Elisabeth "Eli" Pinedo Sáenz (born 13 May 1981) is a retired Spanish handball player. She was part of the Spanish team at the 2008 European Women's Handball Championship, where the Spanish team reached the final, after defeating Germany in the semifinal. She also competed at the 2011 World Women's Handball Championship in Brazil, where the Spanish team placed third. Her twin sister Patri was also a Spanish international handball player.
