Diogo Meireles da Costa (European Portuguese pronunciation: [diˈoɣu ˈkɔʃtɐ]; born 19 September 1999) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Primeira Liga club Porto, which he captains. Born in Switzerland, he plays for the Portugal national team. He is considered one of the best goalkeepers in the world. Coming through Porto's youth system, Costa won the UEFA Youth League in 2019.
