Brendan Gallagher (born May 6, 1992) is a Canadian professional ice hockey winger and alternate captain for the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the fifth round, 147th overall, by the Canadiens in the 2010 NHL entry draft. During his four-year major junior career, Gallagher received Western Hockey League (WHL) West First All-Star Team honors twice (2010–11 and 2011–12) and became the Vancouver Giants' all-time leading goal- and point-scorer.
