Elizabeth Anna Okino (born June 4, 1975) is a retired American gymnast, a member of the famous "Károlyi Six-Pack" who in 1992 helped the United States win its first Olympic team medal in a non-boycotted Olympic Games. She is also the first Black woman of any nationality to win multiple individual World Championship medals in gymnastics. Read more on Wikipedia
