Anthony Dod Mantle, DFF, BSC, ASC (born 14 April 1955) is an English cinematographer. He became a pioneer of digital filmmaking through his collaborations with directors Lars von Trier, Thomas Vinterberg, Danny Boyle, and Kevin Macdonald. He won the Academy Award and BAFTA Award for Best Cinematography for Danny Boyle's Slumdog Millionaire (2008), the first digitally-shot film to win an Oscar. His notable credits include The Celebration (1998), Julien Donkey-Boy (1999), 28 Days Later (2002) and its sequel 28 Years Later (2025), Dogville (2003), The Last King of Scotland (2006), Slumdog Millionaire (2008), Antichrist (2009), 127 Hours (2010), Dredd (2012), Rush (2013), Snowden (2016), and T2 Trainspotting (2017).
