Queen Anne of Austria was the daughter of the Holy Roman Emperor Charles V and his wife, Isabella of Portugal. She was married to the Polish king, Sigismund III Vasa, and became Queen of Poland. She was also the regent of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth from 1632 until 1635.
