Andrew Kim (born July 12, 1982) is an American politician and former diplomat serving as the junior United States senator from New Jersey since 2024. A member of the Democratic Party, he served from 2019 to 2024 as the U.S. representative from New Jersey's 3rd congressional district. Kim worked as a civilian advisor at the United States Department of State in Afghanistan during the Obama administration.
