Andreas Michalakopoulos (Greek: Ανδρέας Μιχαλακόπουλος; 17 May 1876, Patras – 7 March 1938, Athens) was an important liberal politician in the interwar period who served as Prime Minister of Greece from 7 October 1924 to 26 June 1925, the day after the overthrow of the government by Greek Army troops led by General Theodoros Pangalos, who forced President Pavlos Kountouriotis to dismiss the government and appoint Pangalos as the new Premier. Michalakopoulos was a senior member of the Liberal Party and a close associate of its founder, the Greek statesman Eleftherios Venizelos, for more than 20 years. Read more on Wikipedia
