Aleksandr Pavlovich Lapin (Russian: Александр Павлович Лапин; born 1 January 1964) is a retired Russian army officer and former commander of the Leningrad Military District between 16 May 2024 and 21 September 2025. He was promoted to the rank of colonel general in 2019. He was the commander of the Army Groups "Center" and "North" of the Russian Army Forces in the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
