Al-Ashraf Qansuh al-Ghuri (Arabic: الأشرف قانصوه الغوري) or Qansuh II al-Ghawri (c. 1441/1446 – 24 August 1516) was the second-to-last of the Mamluk Sultans. One of the last and most powerful of the Burji dynasty, he reigned from 1501 to 1516. Read more on Wikipedia

Al-Ashraf Qansuh al-Ghuri was a Mamluk sultan of Egypt and Syria who ruled from 1260 to 1277. He is most famous for his victory over the Mongols at the Battle of Ain Jalut in 1260.
