Peter Blangé (born 9 December 1964) is a retired volleyball player from the Netherlands who represented his native country in four consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1988 in Seoul. Four years later, he helped the Dutch national team win the silver medal in the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona. Blangé then won the gold medal with the national team in the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta by defeating Italy in the final. His final Olympic appearance as an athlete was in the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, where he played his 500th game with the Dutch team. He was a setter. In 2012, Blangé was inducted into the International Volleyball Hall of Fame.

Guido Görtzen (born 9 November 1970) is a volleyball player from the Netherlands, who represented his native country in three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1996 in Atlanta. There he won the gold medal with the Dutch Men's National Team by defeating archrivals Italy in the final (3–2).

Ingrid Louise Visser (4 June 1977 – 14 May 2013) was a Dutch female volleyball player, a member of the Netherlands women's national volleyball team in 1994–2011, a participant of the 1996 Olympic Games and 1995 European Champion.

Sebastiaan Jacques Henri "Bas" van de Goor (born 4 September 1971) is a retired volleyball player from the Netherlands who represented his native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1996 in Atlanta. Van de Goor was elected twice as the most valuable player of the Olympics (1996 and 2000). He was a middle blocker. At van de Goor's Olympic debut, he won the gold medal, alongside his younger brother and three-time Olympian, Mike, by defeating arch rivals Italy (3–2) in the final. Four years later, he ended up in fifth place at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. While representing the Netherlands, van de Goor won a silver medal at the 1994 FIVB World Championship in Greece. He also won silver medals at the 1993 and 1995 European Championship, and a gold medal at the 1997 European Championship. Van de Goor's national volleyball coach Joop Alberda referred to him as the "Michael Jordan of volleyball". In 2018, van de Goor was inducted into the International Volleyball Hall of Fame.

Robin de Kruijf (born 5 May 1991) is a Dutch volleyball player who plays for Imoco Volley and the Netherlands national team. Robin de Kruijf made her debut for the Dutch national team in the Dutch opening match of the Montreux Volley Masters against Cuba in June 2008, at the age of 17. In 2016, De Kruijf and her team won bronze in the World Grand Prix and ended on a historical fourth place in the Rio Olympics.

Celeste Elle Plak (born 26 October 1995) is a Dutch volleyball player, who plays as an outside hitter. She plays for Victorina Himeji, and is the first non-caucasian player to be a part of the Netherlands women's national volleyball team.

Anne Elise Buijs (born December 2, 1991) is a Dutch volleyball player. She has been a member of the national team since 2008. She is the daughter of international coach and ex-volleyball player Teun Buijs, who trained her for several clubs in her career. Her mother and older brother were also volleyball players. She currently plays for the american club LOVB.

Lonneke Slöetjes (born 15 November 1990) is a Dutch former volleyball player, who played as an opposite spiker. She was a member of the Women's National Team from 2007–2020. She officially retired in February 2021.
