Pedro Lomba Neto (Viana do Castelo, 9 maart 2000) is een Portugees voetballer die doorgaans speelt als rechtsbuiten. Neto stroomde in 2017 door vanuit de jeugdopleiding van SC Braga, dat hem hetzelfde jaar voor twee jaar met een verplichte koopoptie verhuurde aan Lazio.
