Paul Blobel (Potsdam, 13 augustus, 1894 - Landsberg am Lech, 7 juni 1951) was een Duitse oorlogsmisdadiger, SS-Standartenführer en lid van de Sicherheitsdienst (SD). Toen de Eerste Wereldoorlog uitbrak, ging hij in dienst bij het Duitse leger. Voor zijn inzet tijdens de oorlog kreeg hij het IJzeren Kruis 1914 (1e Klasse).
