Patrick Moore
Patrick Alfred Moore (Pinner, 4 maart 1923 – Selsey, 9 december 2012) was een Britse sterrenkundige die het BBC-programma The Sky at Night presenteerde, het televisieprogramma dat het langst - meer dan 55 jaar - door dezelfde persoon werd gepresenteerd. Hij speelde een leidende rol in de ontwikkeling van de Britse amateurastronomie en was onder andere voorzitter van de British Astronomical Association.
