Patrick Lewis Wai-Kuan Chan (Ottawa, 31 december 1990) is een Canadees voormalig kunstschaatser. Chan nam tweemaal deel aan de Olympische Winterspelen (2010 en 2014) en won daarbij twee zilveren medailles.
