Jacques Delors (Parijs, 20 juli 1925 – aldaar, 27 december 2023) was een Frans politicus voor de Parti socialiste (PS). Van 1979 tot 1981 was hij afgevaardigde in het Europees Parlement en van 1981 tot 1984 in Frankrijk minister van Financiën en Economische Zaken. Van 6 januari 1985 tot 22 januari 1995 was Delors voorzitter van de Europese Commissie. Delors was een van de machtigste voorzitters van de Europese Commissie die Europa gekend heeft.
