Hubert Maga (Parakou, 10 augustus 1916 – Cotonou, 8 mei 2000) was van 1960 tot 1963 en van 1970 tot 1972 president van Dahomey, het huidige Benin. Maga, aanvankelijk werkzaam als leraar, begaf zich in de nationalistische politiek en was van 1951 tot 1958 lid van de Nationale Vergadering van Frankrijk. Nadat de oprichting van de Republiek Dahomey, een autonome republiek binnen de Communauté, stichtte Maga het Rassemblement Démocratique du Dahomé, een nationalistische partij.
