San Villibaldo di Eichstätt, in tedesco Willibald von Eichstätt (Wessex, 700 circa – Eichstätt, 7 luglio 787 o 788), fu un missionario inglese, stabilitosi in Germania dove divenne vescovo di Eichstätt; è venerato come santo dalla chiesa cattolica. Hugeburc, monaca in un convento proprietario ad Heidenheim, tra l'estate e l'autunno del 778 trasse dai racconti sul santo una Vita di Villibaldo che tuttavia non fornisce né date né informazioni sui suoi genitori.
