Ralph Waldo Ellison (Oklahoma City, 1º marzo 1913 – New York, 16 aprile 1994) è stato uno scrittore, saggista e critico musicale statunitense, chiamato in questo modo dal padre in onore di Ralph Waldo Emerson.
