Paul Kagame (Tambwe, 23 ottobre 1957) è un politico e generale ruandese, Presidente della Repubblica del Ruanda dal 2000. È il fondatore del partito Fronte Patriottico Ruandese (Rwandan Patriotic Front) ed è noto soprattutto per l'importante ruolo svolto nella conclusione del genocidio ruandese del 1994 e nella seconda guerra del Congo.
