Flavio Magno Magnenzio (in latino Flavius Magnus Magnentius; Samarobriva, 303 – Lugdunum, 10 agosto 353) è stato un generale romano usurpatore del titolo imperiale romano e regnò dal 18 gennaio 350 fino alla propria morte su di un territorio corrispondente a gran parte dell'Europa occidentale. Militare di origine barbarica, con la sua rivolta Magnenzio spezzò il dominio ininterrotto dei Costantinidi sulla pars Occidentis dell'impero, riuscendo a coagulare le forze sociali ostili al governo di Costante. Inizialmente tentò di arrivare a patti con Costanzo II, fratello di Costante e Augusto in Oriente, ma fu poi costretto a muovergli guerra.
