Luo Yixiu (anche Miss Luo, Donna Luo, o Luo Yigu; 羅 秀T, 罗 秀S, Luó YīxiùP, Luo2 I1-hsiu4W; Shaoshan, 20 ottobre 1889 – Shaoshan, 11 febbraio 1910) fu la prima moglie del leader cinese Mao Zedong, con il quale fu sposata dal 1908 al 1910. Proveniente dall'area intorno a Shaoshan, nello Hunan, la sua famiglia era composta da proprietari terrieri locali impoveriti. La maggior parte di ciò che si sa del loro matrimonio proviene da un racconto che Mao diede al giornalista statunitense Edgar Snow nel 1936, il quale lo incluse nel suo libro Stella rossa sulla Cina.
