Josef Bican, detto Pepi (in ceco: /joˈzɛf ˈbiːʦan/, in tedesco: /ˈjoːzɛf biˈʦan/; Vienna, 25 settembre 1913 – Praga, 12 dicembre 2001), è stato un calciatore e allenatore di calcio austriaco naturalizzato cecoslovacco, di ruolo attaccante. Leggenda dello Slavia Praga, ritenuto come uno dei migliori sportivi cechi di tutti i tempi e da alcuni come il migliore calciatore ceco di sempre, con 821 gol risulta il terzo calciatore ad aver realizzato il maggior numero di reti in competizioni ufficiali, dietro solo a Lionel Messi e Cristiano Ronaldo. Contando invece anche le amichevoli tra club, con oltre 1468 (o 1812) gol è uno dei maggiori cannonieri della storia del calcio, sebbene tale record non sia riconosciuto dalla FIFA ma solamente dall'IFFHS.
