Joseph Frank Pesci, detto Joe (Newark, 9 febbraio 1943), è un attore e musicista statunitense. È noto principalmente per l'interpretazione del mafioso italoamericano Tommy DeVito in Quei bravi ragazzi di Martin Scorsese, che gli permise, nel 1991, di vincere il premio Oscar nella categoria miglior attore non protagonista.
