Jacques Lacan

Jacques Lacan (Parigi, 13 aprile 1901 – Parigi, 9 settembre 1981) è stato uno psicoanalista e psichiatra francese. Figura importante e controversa all'interno del movimento psicanalitico, Lacan fu una delle personalità di spicco della corrente filosofico-antropologica strutturalista e post-strutturalista tra la fine degli anni cinquanta ed i primissimi anni ottanta, assieme a pensatori come Claude Lévi-Strauss, Michel Foucault, Louis Althusser, Roland Barthes, Pierre Klossowski e Gilles Deleuze.
