Ian MacKaye (Washington, 16 aprile 1962) è un cantante, musicista e produttore discografico statunitense, noto per esser stato il cantante di gruppi di grande influenza come Minor Threat, Embrace e Fugazi, e uno dei fondatori-proprietari (con il musicista-batterista Jeff Nelson) della Dischord Records, un'etichetta hardcore con base a Washington DC, fondamentale per la crescita della scena hardcore locale.
