Hermann Josef Abs (Bonn, 15 ottobre 1901 – Bad Soden am Taunus, 5 febbraio 1994) è stato un banchiere tedesco, membro del consiglio di amministrazione di Deutsche Bank dal 1938 al 1945 e di altre 44 società, inclusa la IG Farben. Essendo stato il più potente banchiere commerciale del Terzo Reich, secondo il giornalista economico Adam LeBor fu "il fulcro del saccheggio del continente".
