Hamilton Hume (Parramatta, 19 giugno 1797 – Yass, 19 aprile 1873) è stato un esploratore australiano. Fu uno dei primi esploratori degli attuali Stati australiani del Nuovo Galles del Sud e di Victoria. Assieme a William Hovell nel 1824, Hume fece parte della spedizione che per la prima volta tracciò una rotta interna da Sydney a Port Phillip nei pressi dell'attuale Melbourne.
