Dmitrij Anatol'evič Medvedev (in russo Дмитрий Анатольевич Медведев? ; Leningrado, 14 settembre 1965) è un politico russo, Presidente della Federazione Russa dal 2008 al 2012 e vicepresidente del Consiglio di sicurezza della Federazione Russa a partire dal 16 gennaio 2020. In precedenza è stato primo ministro della Federazione Russa dal 2012 al 2020. Eletto Presidente della Federazione Russa a seguito delle elezioni del 2008, si impegnò in un programma di modernizzazione ad ampio raggio, volto a modernizzare l'economia e la società del paese e a ridurne la dipendenza dal petrolio e dal gas.
