Boudicca (pronuncia /bouˈdikka/), o Bodicca, o ancora Boadicea (33 – 60/61), è stata una regina della tribù degli Iceni, una popolazione che viveva nell'Inghilterra orientale. Guidò la più grande rivolta anti-romana delle tribù dell'isola. Il suo nome è stato tramandato in diversi modi a causa di corruttele presenti nei manoscritti medioevali delle opere tacitiane: dal XVII agli inizi del XIX secolo si registra, infatti, un'alternanza tra le forme Boadicea e Voadica. Basandosi sull'evoluzione del gallese e dell'irlandese, il linguista Kenneth Jackson ha concluso che il nome originale in brittonico antico dovrebbe essere stato Boudica (AFI: /bɒʊ'diː.ka:/).
