Asafa Kehine Powell (Saint Catherine, 23 novembre 1982) è un ex velocista giamaicano. Powell è il quarto uomo più veloce della storia sulla distanza dei 100 metri piani, dopo i connazionali Bolt e Blake e lo statunitense Gay (secondi a pari merito).
