Alessio II Comneno (in greco medievale: Αλέξιος Β' Κομνηνός, Alexios II Komnēnos; Costantinopoli, 14 settembre 1169 – Costantinopoli, settembre 1183) è stato basileus dei romei dal 24 settembre 1180 fino alla sua morte, ad appena 14 anni.
