Quentin Fillon Maillet, né le 16 août 1992 à Champagnole dans le Jura, est un biathlète français. Il est champion olympique de l'individuel et de la poursuite aux Jeux olympiques d'hiver de 2022. Issu d'une famille de skieurs, il est le premier athlète de son pays à gagner cinq médailles dans les mêmes Jeux olympiques d'hiver, à Pékin en 2022 et un des trois Français à totaliser un record de cinq podiums dans une seule édition, aux Jeux olympiques en général, 98 ans après l'escrimeur Roger Ducret. Le 12 mars 2022, il devient le quatrième biathlète français après Patrice Bailly-Salins, Raphaël Poirée et Martin Fourcade à remporter le classement général de la Coupe du monde.
