Nicolas Frantz, né le 4 novembre 1899 à Mamer et mort le 8 novembre 1985 à Luxembourg, est un coureur cycliste luxembourgeois. Aux côtés de François Faber, Charly Gaul, ainsi que des frères Fränk et Andy Schleck, il est l'un des meilleurs cyclistes de l'histoire de son pays.
