Max Simon (6 janvier 1899 à Breslau – 1er février 1961 à Dortmund) est un SS-Gruppenführer (lieutenant-général) et Generalleutnant der Waffen-SS durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Il a été récipiendaire de la croix de chevalier de la croix de fer avec feuilles de chêne. Simon a été un simple soldat de l'armée prussienne pendant la Première Guerre mondiale et a été l'un des premiers membres de la SS dans le début des années 1930.
