Leo Ornstein, né Lev Ornchteïn (en russe : Лев Орнштейн) vers 1893 à Krementchouk en Ukraine, dans l'Empire russe, et mort le 24 février 2002 à Green Bay, dans le Wisconsin aux États-Unis, est un pianiste et compositeur de musique moderne américaine du début du XXe siècle. Ses interprétations d'œuvres de compositeurs d'avant-garde et ses propres pièces novatrices, voire choquantes, comme Wild Men's Dance (1913-1914) ou Suicide in an Airplane (1918-1919) l'ont rendu célèbre des deux côtés de l'Atlantique.
