Justinien II (latin : Flavius Justinianus Augustus, grec : Ιουστινιανός Βʹ), né vers 668 et mort le 4 novembre 711, dit Rhinotmète — latin Rhinotmetus (ὁ Ῥινότμητος « Nez coupé ») —, est un empereur byzantin ayant régné entre 685 et 695, puis entre 705 et 711. Il est le fils de Constantin IV et de sa femme Anastasie, et le dernier représentant ayant régné de la dynastie des Héraclides. Très jeune, il est traité comme l'héritier du trône de son père.
