John Tyler (/ˈd͡ʒɑn ˈtaɪlɚ/), né le 29 mars 1790 dans la plantation Greenway (en) (Virginie) et mort le 18 janvier 1862 à Richmond (Virginie), est un homme d'État américain. Il est le 10e vice-président des États-Unis, en fonction du 4 mars au 4 avril 1841, puis le 10e président des États-Unis, en fonction du 4 avril 1841 au 4 mars 1845.
